DREDGING

This is the digger and dumb barge that is busy dredging the Town Basin. We had to move out of our berth for a week, but back in it now.
I understand 3m min at low tide.
Taken down river a couple of k's and emptied into a shoreside concrete bin and then loaded out of that into a truck and driven across the road and emptied onto a reclamation to dry out and then spread around- what a palava!
Dont knbow how many tons but maybe 20 - 30 truck loads
