WINDOWS

All 12 windows where glued in last weekend. The closeup detail shows the 'dam' of 3mm sq foam plastic beading with stickyback. this means no masking on the inside. There is a special nozzle for the gun with a 'v' shape on one side which lays a mountain ridge of 7003 goop. This ensures contact with the glass and as it is pressed in spreads to fill the space still leaving the 3mm or so behind the glass. The outside is then masked and the goop laid in and tooled to a bevel -like putty glazing. Got all that !!
